By downloading, accessing, or using MilleMots ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
MilleMots is operated by giscard.consulting, Luxembourg ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
MilleMots uses device-based authentication. Your account is tied to a unique device identifier generated and stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any activity that occurs through it.
We do not require you to create a traditional account with a username and password. However, subscription and usage data is associated with your device identifier and, where applicable, your Apple ID or Google account used for in-app purchases.
MilleMots is a mobile application that transforms unstructured ideas — via voice recordings, typed text, or uploaded documents — into professional infographics using artificial intelligence. The App offers multiple infographic styles, color themes, and language options.
MilleMots offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (and Google Play Store when available). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription prices are as displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price displayed in the App. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store (or Google Play Store). Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable, in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
In addition to subscriptions, MilleMots may offer one-time purchases of extra generation packs that provide additional infographic generations beyond your monthly allowance. Extra generations do not expire and are non-refundable. Extra generations are tied to your device and cannot be transferred.
You retain ownership of the content you provide as input (text, voice recordings, documents). The infographics generated by the App using your input are your property, regardless of your subscription tier. You may use them for any personal or commercial purpose without restriction.
Free-tier outputs may include a MilleMots watermark, but this does not affect your ownership of the generated content.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input content solely for the purpose of generating infographics and improving our service.
MilleMots uses artificial intelligence to structure, synthesize, and visualize your content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended interpretations.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before sharing, publishing, or relying on it for any purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated infographics.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.
The App, including its design, code, features, branding, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of giscard.consulting. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
The MilleMots name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of giscard.consulting. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, giscard.consulting and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless giscard.consulting and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and giscard.consulting regarding your use of MilleMots and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
